Spoke at the Nikkei SDGs Festival

I spoke with Professor Kanie and Professor Suganuma from Keio University about the SDGs, on the theme of “Turning Adversity into Strength!”
While creating the right environment is important for increasing the number of female managers, I believe achieving results is equally crucial.
Results are reflected in numbers.
Through financial statements, you gain a bird’s-eye view of the entire company, as if looking down from the top of a pyramid.
The ability to generate ideas to improve profits in your immediate work area is essential.
We must continue working together for a better world.
