Megumi Matsumoto spoke at the Nikkei Top Leader Management Practice Seminar

The speech was titled “Until All Employees Learn Accounting Literacy and Achieve a Decentralized Autonomous Management System.” I shared my experience of how improving accounting literacy led to the creation of a decentralized autonomous organization.
At Matsumoto Kosan, instead of simply changing systems and regulations, we aligned our vision using financial statements, which ultimately led to the establishment of a decentralized autonomous management system.
