Megumi Matsumoto delivered a lecture at the “New Employee (Young Employee) Training & Networking Event” hosted by Chiba Television Broadcasting Corporation.

At the event hosted by Chiba TV, I gave a lecture to new employees and managers from 20 companies on the theme of “What it Takes to Be a Leader (The Megumi Financial Method).”
I conveyed the importance of three key points: having a macro perspective to see the big picture, having your own user manual, and seeing energy.
In addition, Mr. Obayashi,General Producer at Chiba TV, interpreted and introduced the Megumi Financial Method in the context of “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
