Gave a talk at the Saitama Ladies Management Club

Female business owners from a wide range of industries-including manufacturing, construction, retail, and services-came together for this event. I delivered a talk on the theme of leadership, DX, and Accounting, under the title “The Secret of How a Leader Who Dislikes PCs Achieved DX.”
I value the perspective that DX is not only about efficiency, but also a means of enhancing an organization’s energy.
