Delivered a lecture at the Ministry of Finance, Kanto Local Finance Bureau, Tokyo Finance Office’s Tokyo Revitalization Salon

With around 60 attendees, primarily SME managers and financial institution representatives, I delivered a lecture on the theme of “Accounting + DX = ○○.”

In this lecture, I shared my firsthand experiences, explaining how Matsumoto Kosan introduced an accounting mindset and digital transformation(DX) to drive organizational reform, I also introduced the Megumi Financial Method, which I developed.

The results of combining accounting and DX differ from company to company.
At Matsumoto Kosan, by establishing accounting as a common language and promoting data sharing and operational efficiency through DX, we have evolved into an organization where each employee thinks and acts independently.
