The Megumi Financial Method™ training conducted at Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Ltd.

I conducted employee training using The Megumi Financial Method™ at the Omiya office and Yokkaichi plant of Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Ltd.
The reality is that how financial figures are perceived and the perspective on decision-making differ depending on one’s department and position.
The Megumi Financial Method™ is an educational technique aimed at fostering a common understanding within an organization through a visual and experiential approach based on financial statements.
This training focused on developing the ability to decipher our own company’s financial statements and visualizing our company’s strengths and weaknesses through comparison with other companies, providing practical content.
After the training, the participants immediately began to put the method into practice, and I feel a strong sense of progress in strengthening inter-departmental collaboration through the “common language” of numbers.
