Lecture at Management Seminar hosted by Zenkoku Keiyukai

At a management seminar hosted by Zenkoku Keiyukai, I spoke to the managers of 50 small and medium-sized enterprises about how to read financial statements.
As a director of an SME myself, involved in daily management, I deeply empathize with the struggles and feelings of fellow managers.
In this seminar, I focused on content that could be put into practice immediately, such as key points to look for when reading financial statements and concrete methods for easing cash flow. If small and medium-sized enterprises thrive, Japan will thrive.
Based on this belief, I will continue to share information that is in tune with the needs of managers from a front-line perspective. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all the participants and to Zenkoku Keiyukai for giving me this valuable opportunity.
