The Megumi Financial Method™ training conducted at Et tu sais Co., Ltd

I conducted a training session on The Megumi Financial Method™ at Et tu sais Co., Ltd. in a hybrid format, both online and in-person. In addition to 80 employees, the president also attended, for which I am very grateful.
During the training, to align with the participants’ work and interests, we visualized management by comparing the balance sheets (BS) of two cosmetics companies in the same industry.
After the training, I received comments such as, “It was easy to understand with images,” “I tend to get caught up in sales targets, but I want to understand our performance from a broader perspective,” and “I understood that the company’s management activities are the result of the actions of all employees, and I learned the importance of all employees understanding the BS and PL.”
I hope this training will contribute to the further growth of Et tu sais. Co., Ltd
