I recently conducted a training session using The Megumi Financial Method™ for sales employees at Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd.
A wide range of employees, from new hires to executives, participated, and they learned about the importance of being conscious of profit rather than just sales.
In particular, regarding the balance sheet, which is considered more difficult to understand than the profit and loss statement, I conveyed the importance of looking at the balance sheet using the right-brain-based The Megumi Financial Method™, which allows for intuitive understanding through image-based thinking.
