Megumi Matsumoto delivered a lecture at the FY2024 Senior Management Seminar hosted by the Policy Research Institute, Ministry of Finance.

I delivered a lecture to more than 150 senior managers on the theme of “From a Rural Company with Zero IT Staff to Number One in DX in Japan : Matsumoto Kosan’s Initiatives and the Leadership that Moves an Organization.”
