The Megumi Financial Method™ training session was held at Sanoh Industrial Co., Ltd.
In addition to employees at the head office, staff members from Nagoya, Shiga, and Kyushu participated with great enthusiasm.
This training focused on inventory, a key issue in the manufacturing industry. By approaching inventory from a balance sheet perspective through The Megumi Financial Method™, participants were able to deepen their awareness and understanding of inventory.
